Confirm the catchment before you offer.

Catchment boundaries move, and a listing sheet is not proof. This guide explains how to check the school assigned to an address, and what it means for value.

The full School Catchment Identifier, including the address lookup and the catchment notes for each Vancouver area, is being finished now. If you need the catchment for a specific address before then, ask me and I will confirm it with the school board.

Catchment status is verified with the Vancouver School Board for the current school year. Enrolment is subject to capacity, so a catchment address does not guarantee placement.
